Custom printed orders typically take 3–4 working days to process and print, plus 3–4 days for delivery nationwide via The Courier Guy. You can expect your order within 6–8 business days from the date of payment.

⏰ Orders must be paid and submitted before 12:00 PM to be counted as that day's order.

We accept the following:

• PDF or PNG files
• Minimum 300 DPI, ideally 300–900 DPI
• Saved in RGB colour format
• Supplied at the exact size you want printed

Please remove any background if you don't want it included. We cannot resize images once submitted.

Yes! Select the Custom Design option at checkout (R100.00 additional charge) and describe your requirements in the order notes, or email your brief directly to corle@checkeredblock.co.za.

Yes! We deliver to all major towns and cities across South Africa via The Courier Guy. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We have a 5-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Custom-printed or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Email info@checkeredblock.co.za to start a return.

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 5 days if there is an issue.
